1. Booking
By making a booking with Dublin Airport Transfers online, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking as they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be legally bound by them.
To make a booking, you must follow the online booking procedure set out on the booking page of the website. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of your departure. If you wish to book a transfer within the 48 hour period, you will need to contact our office directly to make this booking. Once you have made your booking, you will automatically receive an ‘Dublin Airport Transfers’ email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the details received by us are correct. Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to Ireland and not your departing information. If your flight encounters any serious delays, please inform us as soon as possible.
The driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall with a sign with the lead passengers name.
Dublin Airport Transfers does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the amount booked and therefore the capacity of the vehicle assigned. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared passengers or luggage.
2. Prices and Payment
Details of the prices and the procedures for payment are displayed on our website. All prices are displayed in euro. All prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking as set out on the booking page of our website. Credit card information is processed for us by the secure Realex Payments system. Their SSL encrypted credit card form ensures your data can not be intercepted by anyone. In fact, we do not have any access to credit cards supplied via this form.
3. Changes and Cancellations

Dublin Airport Transfers does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2.5 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. Dublin Airport Transfers will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if two and a half hours check in time was not allowed. You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2.5 hours prior to flight departure, however Dublin Airport Transfers accepts no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the pick up point at Dublin Airport for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of the flight arrival. The waiting time from any other point is restricted to 30 minutes after the agreed time. In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to contact the office and inform us of the delay. If you fail to contact the office and we are unaware of any problems, the service will be considered as a no-show and no refund will apply. No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
4. Travel Insurance
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
5. General
Dublin Airport Transfers use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.
6. Alcohol
No alcohol is permitted on the vehicles.
